Copa Podio format
ROUND ROBIN CHAMPIONSHIP
Copa Podio has used the round-robin system as the format for its Grands Prix in the MAJOR LEAGUE since its creation in 2011. However, now they are also implementing the round-robin system for their official competitions with the goal of promoting and strengthening Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and helping athletes reach professional levels.
Kids will compete in a round-robin system with a maximum of 4 fights, so it might happen that the kids don't compete against all the kids in their bracket. In case of a tie, the round-roubin tie-breaker will conclude the ranking.
